Environmental indicators 2017

In summary, we highlight the trend in terms of water, waste, atmosphere and electricity. Regarding water since 2013, there has been a downward trend in water consumption. Last year the total water consumption has remained constant, thanks, in large part, to the implementation of measures aimed at improving the efficiency of water consumption.
Regarding waste, all debris generated are segregated at source according to their nature to facilitate their management and recovery. On the other hand, we continue to reinforce our commitment to reducing the generation of waste and for this purpose, an awareness campaigns have been carried out for our employees, including the delivery of a cup to each worker with the aim of reducing the consumption of plastic cups.
The nature of our activity involves the use of different types of fuels, among which are: gasoline, diesel, LPG and LNG, which means the are emission of CO2 emitted into the atmosphere, but the increase of the development of electric and alternative fuel vehicles are taking more strength than the traditional fuel solutions.
In relation to electricity, in 2017, the consumption of electrical energy per worker increased by 4%, going from a consumption of 10,478 kWh per worker in 2016 to 10,927 kWh per worker in 2017 and in the same way, taking as reference the volume of business, the consumption of electrical energy decreased by 3% between 2016 and 2017.
