Tyre seminar in Malaysia

More than 70 people from national industry international car manufacturers and governmental institutions attended the Tyre Seminar organised by Applus+ IDIADA, in collaboration with SAE International Malaysia, JPJ (Malaysian Road Transport Department), Proton and Michelin.

On the first day of the seminar, held at JPJ IT's facilities in Cyberjaya, Dr. David Gallegos, product manager for tyre homologation and certification at Applus+ IDIADA, presented four technical papers about the main topic of the seminar: "The future of the Malaysian tyre industry, from the perspective of automotive engineering". On the second day, the participants had the chance to attend a demonstration test that was held on the Proton Test Track.
