As electric charging processes can be very challenging, especially when it comes to prototypes, in order to offer maximum safety, the facility has been sectorized and a specifically designed fire-fighting system has been installed to guarantee safety under any circumstance and at any time. The charging processes will be constantly supervised to promptly detect any hazardous situation.
IDIADA has implemented a dedicated onsite support service for its EV charging facilities with the objective to supervise the installations This will ensure the maximum capacity of the available resources and provide instant support for users leading to increased efficiency of the service

We now have 33 fast, rapid and ultra-rapid charging posts ranging from 22 kW to 400 kW distributed in two main stations prepared for both passenger and commercial vehicles, as well as equipped with the main types of adaptor: CSS2, CSS1, CHAdeMO and GB/T. Additionally, three bays are prepared for vehicles under confidential conditions
The EV charging facilities are now operational and fully available to customers and authorized personnel.
